Hampton Falls New Hampshire is the home of Route One Antiques, an amazing shop full of absolutely beautiful treasures. With thrift shop prices currently through the roof this antique store has some reasonable finds. A favorite vendor has 2 rooms of antique and vintage linens, full of hankies, doilies, aprons, and more. It is easy to spend a half hour in each. The handkerchies in 1 room, were all reasonably priced at $3 and $4. Be sure to check out the huge Geode at the entrance and drink in the display cases filled with colorful glassware. The best way to get there is to take Route 95 to the Route 101 exit and then take the Route 1 exit to Seabrook, south. The shop is just past the marsh on the right. Website http://route1antiques.com/ I love how these hankies are described "eco friendly and sustainable".
Our next stop was a new favorite in Rowley, MA. Anne's Emporium is located in the space formerly occupied by Lynn's Vintage Flair on Route 1 across from the Market Place Plaza. Anne's has a wonderful jewelry display. The reasonably priced jewelry is displayed beautifully with prices clearly marked. Whoever styles this shop is very talented, the displays are beautiful! Check every room because this shop has a fabulous uraniam glass display. Love my jewely purchases, and I found a perfect Logaberger to gift. Anne's
